On April 5th Howard Morgan Was Sentenced to 40 years in Prison

We have been following the Howard Morgan case for the past couple of years.  Howard Morgan, an African American retired Police Officer was stopped during a traffic violation which resulted in him being shot 28 times!  Eventually he was charged with attempted murder.  Furthermore, there are differing accounts as to what happened.  The cops say that he had a weapon and fired.  Witnesses say that he did not have a weapon. What do you say?  If you are not familiar with the story you can scroll down this blog page and watch the video related to Howard Morgan's story.
